Il servizio è di buona qualità e molto gentile.
Il locale è molto grande e ampio, con molti posti a sedere ed un piccolo palco. Il tutto si presta per grandi festeggiamenti o eventi… davvero una bella scoperta.

Ristorante sulla statale Val d'Agri con ampio parcheggio e due sale molto grandi e ben arredate con quadri e affreschi che s'ispirano alla piazza San Marco di Venezia, da cui il nome. Il locale trasuda storia di ristorazione almeno ventennale, si viene accolti dal proprietario gentile e competente come il suo staff, il cuoco in particolare. Già si capisce che si mangerà molto bene. Nel menù ci sono i piatti della tradizione lucana più quelli di pesce. Siamo in 4 ed optiamo per due focacce semplici ed un antipasto di salumi misti con ogni ben di dio compresi i sontuosi peperoni cruschi (eccellenza lucana) e delle ricottine freschissime con miele e pistacchio, l'antipasto ci è stato consigliato per due, ma in 4 siamo già sazi. Poi due primi di pasta fresca con salsiccia e peperoni cruschi e due costate di manzo alla griglia con 2 contorni. Vino della casa, acqua, caffè ed amari con poco più di 80 euro. The place exudes at least twenty years of restaurant history, you are welcomed by the kind and competent owner like his staff, the chef in particular. We can already tell that we will eat very well. On the menu there are traditional Lucanian dishes plus fish ones. There are 4 of us and we opt for two simple focaccias and a starter of mixed cured meats with all sorts of goodies including the sumptuous cruschi peppers (Lucanian excellence) and very fresh ricottas with honey and pistachios. The starter was recommended for two, but 4 of us are already full. Then two first courses of fresh pasta with sausage and bran peppers and two grilled beef ribs with 2 side dishes. House wine, water, coffee and bitters for just over 80 euros. What can I say, highly recommended!

Ristorante tranquillo con ambiente famigliare e molta scelta di piatti tipici . Ottima posizione grazie al fatto di trovarsi lungo una strada molto frequentata da noi motociclisti. Ci ritorneremo alla prima occasione.
